At Best Umrah Package, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent booking experience. As Umrah packages involve flights, visas, hotels, and ground services, refund policies are subject to supplier and government regulations.
Please read the policy carefully before booking.
1. Nature of Service
Umrah packages include:
- Umrah Visa Processing
- Flight Bookings
- Hotel Reservations in Makkah & Madinah
- Ground Transportation
- Ziyarat (if included)
Since these are pre-booked services with third-party providers, refunds depend on their cancellation policies.
2. Cancellation by Customer
✅ Before Visa Processing
- Cancellation before visa application submission may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Service/administration charges will be deducted.
✅ After Visa Processing
- Once the Umrah visa is processed, visa fees are non-refundable.
- Additional charges (if already paid to airlines or hotels) will be deducted as per supplier rules.
✅ After Flight & Hotel Confirmation
- Refunds will be subject to airline and hotel cancellation policies.
- Non-refundable flight tickets or hotel bookings cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellation Charges
The following charges may apply:
- Visa Processing Fee – Non-refundable
- Airline Cancellation Fee – As per airline policy
- Hotel Cancellation Fee – As per hotel policy
- Administrative Charges – Applicable on all cancellations
Final refund amount will be communicated after deducting applicable charges.
4. Cancellation by Best Umrah Package
If we cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Full refund of the amount paid (excluding visa fees already processed), OR
- Option to reschedule the package.
We are not responsible for cancellations due to:
- Government travel restrictions
- Saudi Arabia regulation changes
- Airline operational issues
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
- Transaction/bank charges may be deducted.
6. No-Show Policy
If a pilgrim fails to travel on scheduled departure without prior notice:
- No refund will be provided.
- All bookings will be treated as cancelled.
7. Package Modifications
Any change in travel dates, hotel category, or flight may result in additional charges as per availability and fare difference.
