1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance or full payment.

• Prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Full payment must be completed before departure.

• Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.

2. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Package inclusions may consist of:

• Umrah Visa Processing

• Flight Tickets

• Hotel Accommodation (Makkah & Madinah)

• Airport Transfers & Local Transport

• Ziyarat (if included)

Unless mentioned, the package does not include:

• Personal expenses

• Extra luggage charges

• Room upgrades

• Early check-in / late check-out charges

• Qurbani or other optional services

3. Visa Rules

• Visa approval is subject to Saudi Arabian government regulations.

• Visa fees are non-refundable once processed.

• The company is not responsible for visa rejection due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the applicant.

4. Flight & Hotel Policies

• Flight schedules are subject to airline changes.

• Seat selection is not guaranteed unless specified.

• Hotel rooms are subject to availability.

• Standard check-in/check-out time applies as per hotel policy.

Any change requested by the customer may involve additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply as per visa, airline, and hotel policies.

• Administrative charges are applicable on all cancellations.

• No refund will be provided for no-shows.

6. Travel Insurance & Health

• Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they meet health and vaccination requirements.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance.

• The company is not responsible for medical emergencies during the journey.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Best Umrah Package acts as a travel organizer and service facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Airline delays or cancellations

• Government regulation changes

• Natural disasters or force majeure events

• Loss of personal belongings

8. Behavior & Conduct

• Pilgrims must follow Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

• Any misconduct may result in removal from the group without refund.

• Respect for fellow pilgrims and staff is mandatory.

9. Pricing & Changes

• Package prices may change without prior notice due to airfare fluctuations or currency changes.

• Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless major unforeseen circumstances occur.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
